Questions about official Madison County criminal records belong with the agency that holds them. The contacts below route court files to the Circuit Clerk, county arrest and jail matters to the sheriff, and statewide criminal-history reviews to MSHP CJIS. This private site cannot retrieve, change, or certify those records.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
